Pairing with a Bluetooth Flow device

I'm trying to pair and connect to a flow device using 32feet bluetooth library. I'm not able to pair the device since I don't have the pin information. I've tried connecting with all the possible pins like... "0000", "1234" etc. but in vain.

Here's my code:
if (!SelectedDevice.Authenticated)
                        ispaired = BluetoothSecurity.PairRequest(_BTAddress, "1234");
_BTClient.Connect(new BluetoothEndPoint(_BTAddress, BluetoothService.SerialPort));
_PeerStream = _BTClient.GetStream();

The PairRequest is returning 'false'.
If I try to pair the device thro' windows 7 I get a dialogue asking for an option to pair. The options are - 1. Create a pairing code for me, 2. Enter the Device's pairing code, 3. pair without using a code. And when I choose the 3rd option, the device gets paired. But after this pairing I'm not able to connect to the device. How do I pair & connect to this device without knowing the pin?
Please guide me with this. Thanks in advance.
