ObexListener.GetContext() returns null if file name contains some Cyrillic symbols

description

While running OBEX/DesktopListener sample application and sending files from smartphone, function ObexListener.GetContext() in while(ol.IsListening) loop returns null for some files with Cyrillic symbols in file name.
File name examples:
Правильные вопросы.pdf
А-плат.pdf

Tested with 3.5 and 3.7 versions.

OS: Windows 7 32-bit SP1
Adapter: ASUS USB-BT400 (Broadcom BCM20702A chipset) with Microsoft "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" drivers
Client: Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F (Android 4.4.2), Alcatel Pop S7 7045Y (Android 4.4.2)
