I am using Win 8 pro on desktop computer, and 32feet NET 3.5

I am trying to discover bar code scanner which is by the way visible and discoverable by win 8.
But so far no luck I have tried various combinations with discoverdevices method:
Devices = Client.DiscoverDevices(255, false, false, true, false);
Devices = Client.DiscoverDevices(255, false, false, false, true);

this is the code below:

updateUI("Starting scan");
        InTheHand.Net.Sockets.BluetoothClient Client = new BluetoothClient();

        TimeSpan Tspan = new TimeSpan();
        Boolean IsSupported;

        Tspan = TimeSpan.FromSeconds(20.0);
        Client.InquiryLength = Tspan;
        IsSupported = InTheHand.Net.Bluetooth.BluetoothRadio.IsSupported;
        updateUI("Bluetooth stack supported: " + IsSupported.ToString());

        Devices = Client.DiscoverDevices(255, false , false, false, true);

Did you find what the problem was?

I did managed to find the BT device through built in search.
Initially it would connect to the device, but after few moments (seconds) I would get socket exception that communication partner is not replying.
That BT device also could not pair in windows 8 and 7.
So, I throwd that chinese BT scanner to trash.
After that I have tried with motorola products and they would pair and work in windows without any additional coding.
Thanks for your reply.
