I need to detect nearby Bluetooth devices to determine which, of a set of known devices, are closest. I will do this in C# on a Windows 7 machine which does not currently have built-in Bluetooth. I have understood that 32feet will allow me to read the RSSI strength if I am not using a Microsoft stack.

Could anyone make a recommendation on which Windows 7 compatible Bluetooth dongle I should purchase to be able to do this?
